J. S. Wright wins commercial fit-out contract in London

J.S.Wright, Contractor

The £600 000 fit out for 4500 m2 of office and retail units in London is being carried out by Birmingham-based building-services provider J. S. Wright. The company, which launched its first London office this year, will design, install and commission all the mechanical services for the 15 office and retail units at the Central Square development near the Barbican.

London property developer Mount Anvil award J. S. Wright the contract following its £4.5 million commission last year to equip the scheme’s 274 apartments with a range of services — including a CHP plant.

The latest contract involves installing heating and cooling, hot and cold water and drainage services, as well as air conditioning and extract ventilation for the commercial units. Completion is scheduled for June 2012.
