Trox rationalises air-volume control

Trox’s TVR-Easy volume flow control for air systems is significantly cheaper than its predecessor and also much easier to set up and commission. These units can be applied to variable-air-volume and constant-air-volume systems. A controller is selected according to nominal size, using the volume flow range specified by the consultant. After installation, the volume flow can be precisely programmed simply by adjusting potentiometers on the side of the unit. A green LED provide s functional information — blinking if there is a problem and remaining permanently on when the unit is set and operating correctly. Changes in demand can be easily accommodated without the need for special instruments or software. The casing leakage complies with class A of BS EN 1751, and the working differential pressure is 20 to 1000 Pa. Spigots are designed for circular ducting to DW/144, and the closed-blade leakage complies with BS EN 1751.
