SES reaches new heights in Leeds

SES
Contributing to the ever-changing skyline of Leeds city centre is the 32-storey Bridgewater Place, for which M&E contractor is SES. This is the view from the fifth floor, and the building makes extensive use of prefabricated services. This project is a joint venture between Landmark Development Projects and St James Securities. The principal contractor is Bovis. SES has been involved in the project since 1999, working closely with the client team on the development of the building. It is a mixed-use development offering office and residential accommodation in two blocks linked by a 9-storey glass atrium. The contract is worth £10.6 million to SES, which is responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical services.
