Victaulic’s Revit add-in

Victaulic, Revit, BIM, pipe, pipework, couplings

Victaulic has developed an add-in for Autodesk Revit MEP that increases drawing productivity, solves troublesome pipe-routing problems and enables the creation of construction and fabrication documentation within Revit. Called ‘Victaulic tools for Revit’, it is said to enable users to route pipe twice as quickly and increase efficiency and productivity.

There is a number of routing and editing tools to create complex piping systems with fewer clicks.

For example, pipe splitting automatically splits pipe into predetermined minimum and maximum lengths and joins the sections with the specified coupling as the user routes.

Resizing selection changes the size of all components in a selected area with a single click.

The add-in works in all views and comes preloaded with over a hundred Victaulic product families and template designs. It allows users to route with Victaulic, as well as other manufacturers and jointing technologies.
