The appearance of a gas fire without the risks

Smith's Environmental products, space heating, convector heater, central heating

This flame-effect heater from Smith’s Environmental Products draws its heat from the same source as the rest of a wet-heating system. Called Hydroflame, it looks like a gas fire but provides reassurance for landlords who might otherwise shy away from the ongoing maintenance liabilities of a gas fire. It eliminates the risk of carbon monoxide and operates like a fan convector.

No special ventilation is required. These units can operate as part of the whole-house central heating or to provide an extra boost of heat on cold days. They can also function as a single heat source when the entire central heating does not need to be switched on.
