Clean and safe heat for this hospital is now provided by LST radiators from MHS Radiators.

MHS Radiators has supplied LST radiators from its Aeroguard and Slimline ranges as part of the refurbishment of Haslemere Hospital in Surrey. These radiators have an anti-microbial surface treatment specifically designed for healthcare environments.

The installation saw radiators throughout all the wards of this 1960s building, as well consulting rooms, treatment rooms and administration areas. The pipework for heating and distributing DHW was also replaced.

ANC Consultants was the M&E consultant and project manager. Senior partner Adrian Cole explained, ‘Space constraints on site meant that a diverse range of sizes was required. The MHS products offered real flexibility on matching radiators to the required heating loads.

As part of its service, MHS Radiators demonstrated how to clean the casings in accordance with the strict hygiene regime imposed by the hospital — and impressed the client with the ease with which this was achieved.
