SES wins second contract in Manchester development
The Manchester office of SES is continuing its work on the Piccadilly Place development with a major M&E installation contract for the
latest phase.
The £6.5 million contract for the installation of M&E services for a major project in central Manchester has been awarded to the Manchester office of SES. It is for the Piccadilly Place 3 office development and follows the successful completion of £3.6 million of M&E installation works at Piccadilly Place 2, which is the new home of the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive, with principal contractor Carillion. Part of the south-side generation scheme, Piccadilly Place comprises five buildings offering 62 700 m2 of mixed-use space, a link bridge and secure parking. The latest project will include air conditioning, lighting, access control, domestic services, fire/intruder alarms and ventilation.
