OCS wins major City of London maintenance contract for three years

OCS Engineers has won a new 3-year care contract to maintain the headquarters of the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The deal builds on a 3-year relationship which began when OCS’s predecessor (BES) won the initial LCCI contract. The new arrangement will see the engineering and technology support division of OCS continuing the critical and sensitive task of maintaining the office at 33 Queen Street in the City of London. The contract win comes after a competitive tendering programme and covers full engineering and technical maintenance for HVAC, fire protection, BMSs, power and water services for the landlord and tenants. The contract includes a 24/7 fast-response service.
