Vent-Axia adds open grille fan to Revive range

Vent-Axia has added an open-grille fan to its intelligent Lo-Carbon Revive range of filter-less unitary fans. These fans are designed to meet the specific needs of social housing — providing good indoor air quality and comfort for tenants while being quick and easy to install, low maintenance and reliable. They provide an additional choice to the existing tile grille.

The Multi-Vortex technology in these fans has a high-pressure hybrid impeller that is powerful, efficient and quiet.

Quiet operation is importance, as a noisy fan will disturb tenants and make them aware that the fan is running — potentially causing them to turn it off to avoid energy costs.

Revive fans have a choice of running speeds for multiple installation options and can be ducted or through the wall. Not having a filter reduces maintenance requirements.

These fans have a simple LED display and a 3-button menu for commissioning and data gathering. The LED display will orientate itself depending on whether it is wall or ceiling mounted.

Real-time data can be provided to show how much energy is being used so landlords can reassure tenants of the low running costs.

Nuisance tripping is another reason for tenants to avoid using fans, so Revive’s Smart Sense has an ambient-response humidistat to avoid this.

Landlords can use the built-in Day Logger to track energy use and find out on how many days a fan has been in humidity boost mode, pull-cord boost mode or trickle. This information can help landlords investigate humidity problems and work with tenants to ensure a healthy indoor environment.
