Imtech Inviron wins major London contract

Imtech Inviron has been awarded a 3-year contract at the St Katherine Docks development in London, owned by the Blackstone Group. As a provider of technical facilities manager, Imtech Inviron will undertake extensive technical and project services in the luxury offices and commercial buildings.

The buildings include Ivory House, Commodity Quay, Haven Building, Devon House and International House — as well as communal areas, inside and out.

Managing director Paul Rogers said, ‘A key factor in the awarding of the contract was that our culture and values of achieving service excellence align firmly with Blackstone’s. As such, we aim to provide best practice, continuous improvement and innovation.’
