JS Wright scores next to Emirates Stadium

JS Wright

JS Wright has won a £5.7 million contract to install mechanical services for a major housing scheme next to the stadium of Arsenal Football Club in north London. The company has teamed up with Barratt London for the project, which comprises 375 luxury apartments and penthouses spread across three residential towers. Completion is scheduled for June 2015.

The project includes three satellite plant rooms connected to an existing energy centre to provide low-energy hot-water heating and boosted cold-water services to all the apartments. Underfloor heating will be via interface units in each home.

The contract also involves installing comfort cooling and ventilation for two fitness suites and a manager suite, domestic sprinklers for all apartments and dry risers for each tower block.
