A whole-house heat-recovery system from Xpelair is said to be up to 92% efficient. The Xcell 150 unit is designed for smaller dwellings and is the smallest in the Xcell range. It can be installed in existing buildings. Heat recovery is achieved using the latest generation of counterflow heat-recovery cells. The slim design of Xcell 150 enables it to be recessed fitted into ceilings, coat cupboards or small loft areas. A vertical version with spigots on top can be installed in a kitchen cupboard.
