Bespoke valve configurations can be delivered quickly

Pegler Yorkshire, valve assembly, valve assemblies

Pegler Yorkshire has developed a service for delivering bespoke valve arrangement (modular valve solutions) with a fast response time to an order being placed with a merchant. The service aims to provide contractors with a bespoke modular-valve solution designed to specific drawings and required in a realistic time frame. Once an order is received from a merchant, a bespoke assembly can be delivered as early as seven days.

The process works by uploading drawings for take-off preparation. Pegler Yorkshire’s technical team can offer guidance on optimisation for efficiency and maximising cost effectiveness for a proposal. The preferred merchant receives the quote, and orders are fulfilled in line with the installation schedule.

The service provides a bespoke solution made up from interlinked multi- functional valves and components. Union joints enable the valve orientation to be changed on site, and an additional test point enables signals to be measured across the coil. The complete unit enables connection regulation, isolation, flushing and draining for fan coils. A flexible offset connector allows connections to be made to a variety of centres.

The concept offers a number of benefits to consultants. They include known envelope dimensions and known performance characteristics so that pumps can be sized accurately.
